1. Scope and responsible organization
This Privacy Policy applies to services offered under the Nerusalem name through nerusalem.com and related Nerusalem platforms that link to this policy. “Nerusalem,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the Nerusalem operating entity responsible for the service you use, including an applicable affiliated entity identified in your agreement or transaction.
Some partner organizations, healthcare providers, educational institutions, employers and marketplace sellers independently determine how they use information. Their own privacy notices may also apply.

5. Payments and third-party services
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Nerusalem may receive transaction details but generally does not need to store complete payment-card numbers. Links, embedded services and integrations operated by third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use necessary cookies for login, security, preferences and core functionality. With any consent required by law, we may also use analytics or marketing technologies. Browser controls can limit cookies, but some services may not function correctly without necessary cookies.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of marketing; nominate another person where legally provided; or submit a grievance or complaint.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, contracts or legitimate dispute resolution.
8. Security and retention
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login details and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining records, enforcing agreements, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.
9. International processing
Nerusalem operates across India and the United States and may use service providers in other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. Where required, we use contractual, consent-based or other legally recognized measures for international processing and transfers.
10. Health information and HIPAA
Nerusalem is not automatically a HIPAA covered entity or business associate merely because its services relate to healthcare. Where Nerusalem enters a written arrangement requiring it to handle protected health information for a covered entity or business associate, additional contractual and legal requirements may apply. Do not submit sensitive medical information unless the relevant Nerusalem service specifically requests it.
11. Children and students
General Nerusalem accounts are not intended for children under 13. Students may access institution-supported services according to the eligibility rules, permissions and consent requirements applicable to their institution and location. Institutions are responsible for obtaining any authorization required before providing student information to Nerusalem.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
