Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using a Nerusalem service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use Nerusalem for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Additional service, partner, marketplace, payment, institution or country-specific terms may apply. If those additional terms conflict with these general terms, the additional terms control for that service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these terms. General accounts are not intended for children under 13. Students accessing institution-supported services must meet the applicable age, authorization and consent requirements established by their institution and local law.

3. Accounts and access

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Protect your password, partner code and other access credentials.
• Use only accounts and permissions assigned to you.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
• Do not transfer, sell or share restricted access unless Nerusalem authorizes it.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.

4. Nerusalem services

Nerusalem may provide professional profiles, Registry services, institutional Units, learning resources, question banks, jobs, events, provider discovery, bookings, marketplace features, partner access and other healthcare-related services. Features may differ by profession, institution, country, partner status, subscription or development stage.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid or contracted services.

5. Health and educational disclaimer

• Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding a medical condition.
• Do not delay or disregard professional care because of information found on Nerusalem.
• For an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
• Learning resources and question banks are educational materials and are not official university, council or licensing-examination publications unless expressly identified as such.

6. Professional profiles, Registry, jobs and credentials

Users are responsible for the accuracy of qualifications, licences, experience and other profile information they provide. Verification indicators reflect the checks described for the relevant service and are not a guarantee of competence, conduct, employment or regulatory standing.

Job listings and professional opportunities may be posted by third parties. Nerusalem does not guarantee interviews, employment, immigration approval, professional registration, salary, candidate suitability or employer performance. Users and organizations must conduct their own checks before making decisions.

7. Bookings and healthcare providers

Nerusalem may help users find providers or request appointments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the healthcare provider—not Nerusalem—is responsible for availability, clinical services, professional decisions, fees, cancellations and the provider-patient relationship.

8. Marketplace

Marketplace products and services may be sold by Nerusalem or independent vendors. The listing identifies the responsible seller where applicable. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful products, fulfilment, warranties, returns and regulatory compliance. Additional marketplace, payment, shipping and refund terms may apply at checkout.

Prescription medicines, regulated devices and restricted products may only be offered where legally permitted and subject to required licences, prescriptions and verification.

9. Institutions and partner organizations

Partner access is limited to authorized organizations and representatives. Partnership status, services, duration, documents, branding permissions and fees may be governed by a separate written agreement. A public listing does not create an agency, employment, joint venture or legal partnership beyond the relationship expressly agreed in writing.

Institutions are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions before uploading student, faculty, staff or member information.

10. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nerusalem a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote or improve the relevant service, subject to privacy settings and applicable law.

You must have the rights and permissions required to submit content. Do not upload confidential clinical records, identifiable patient information or third-party personal data unless the service expressly permits it and all required authorizations are in place.

11. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use Nerusalem unlawfully, fraudulently or deceptively.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications, affiliations or approvals.
• Upload harmful code, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape, copy or extract restricted data or content without authorization.
• Harass users, discriminate, spam or publish harmful or illegal content.
• Sell counterfeit, unsafe, prohibited or improperly regulated products.
• Promise guaranteed jobs, licences, visas, immigration outcomes or medical results.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

12. Intellectual property

Nerusalem’s software, designs, databases, brands, logos and original content—including named formats such as CapSees™, Taplets™, Shots and Ripples—are owned by or licensed to Nerusalem and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

13. Fees, subscriptions and taxes

Prices, billing periods, commissions, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds will be shown in the relevant service or agreement. You authorize applicable charges when completing a purchase or paid registration.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, fails to pay applicable fees, misuses partner access or becomes inactive or expired. You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerusalem services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. We do not control independent providers, employers, institutions, partners, sellers or third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nerusalem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, loss of opportunity, lost profits or loss of data arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, organizational users, sellers and partners agree to defend and indemnify Nerusalem against third-party claims arising from their unlawful conduct, submitted content, products, services, data handling or breach of these terms or a separate agreement.

17. Governing terms and disputes

The applicable Nerusalem operating entity, governing law and dispute forum may depend on your country, transaction and any separate agreement. Mandatory consumer rights and other protections under applicable law remain unaffected. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written notice.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. Revised terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
