Your organisation's dashboard is at uhn.nerusalem.com. Its wording follows your type: a college sees campuses and a college portal, for example.
Sections
- Dashboard: setup steps, credential compliance, your structure and quick actions.
- Facilities and Departments: your sites and departments.
- People: your staff directory and invitations.
- Roles, Applications and Registry: hiring.
- Notices: announcements to everyone or to one department, with optional acknowledgement.
- Units: groups for departments or your whole staff.
- Settings: your profile and who can administer the organisation.
A new organisation starts with Dashboard and Settings. We switch on the other sections to match your agreement with us. To add one, contact us.
Team roles
From most to least access: Owner, Organisation admin, HR manager, Recruitment manager, Department head, Unit manager, Staff and Viewer.
- Owners and organisation admins see every section, including Settings.
- Hiring (Roles, Applications and Registry) is open to owners, organisation admins and recruitment managers.
- Department heads see their own department.
- Everyone sees Notices.
An organisation always keeps at least one owner.
