Your profile has three steps: Profile, Verification and Jobs. You can open any step at any time. Your completion figure is the average of the three.
Step 1: Profile
This is the only part other members see. Add:
- a profile photo and a cover photo
- your full name, professional title and country
- a short bio (up to 500 characters)
- at least one experience or education entry
- at least 3 skills
In Education, choose your degree from the list. Your university's state fills in by itself. Add your start year: the question bank uses it for your access dates.
Step 2: Verification
Only our review team sees this step. See Get verified.
Step 3: Jobs
Only approved recruiters can see this step, and only if you allow it. Nothing here appears on your profile.
- your nursing role, experience level, work type and preferred countries
- whether you are open to work, and an expected salary (optional)
- your resume (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB)
Two switches control recruiters. Both are off until you turn them on:
- Let hospitals find me in the registry shares your name, career details, email and phone with approved hospital recruiters.
- Let them open my resume works only when the first switch is on.
With both switches off, only an employer you apply to sees your details. If you are verified with a licence, recruiters see your council and country, never the licence number.
Privacy settings
In Settings, then Privacy, choose who can see your profile (Public, Connections only or Private), who can see your connections, and whether others see when you are online.
