Verification proves you are who you say you are, and that you study or work in healthcare. Verified members get the Verified badge, can create Units and events, can post Find Partner requests, and get 10% off the question bank.
What you need
- A selfie. Required for everyone.
- Proof of your profession. Required for everyone (see below).
- A photo ID. Optional. If you add one: passport, driving licence, voter ID, PAN, or a masked Aadhaar (the first 8 digits hidden).
Files can be JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP or PDF, up to 10 MB each. You must be 18 or older.
Proof for your track
- Nursing student: your programme, college, and a student ID or enrolment letter.
- Licensed nurse: your licence number, council and country, with proof. You can add up to 4 more licences.
- Retired nurse: the country you were registered in.
- Nursing assistant: your role title and country.
- Other healthcare professional: pick your profession and upload one document that proves you work in healthcare.
How to submit
- 1Open your profile and go to step 2, Verification.
- 2Work through You, Documents, Profession and Submit.
- 3Press Submit. Review usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
What happens next
- Verified: members and recruiters see your Verified badge.
- Needs info: our reviewer tells you what to update. Fix it and submit again straight away.
- Unsuccessful: our reviewer explains why. You can submit again after 30 days.
You get a notification for each outcome. You can have one request in review at a time.
Only our review team ever sees your documents. They are not shown on your profile, they are kept while your account is open, and they are deleted when you delete your account.
