The Store has official Nerusalem products, study materials, courses and services. Open it from Marketplace in the menu.
Market and Exchange, where other sellers and members will sell, are coming soon.
Buy
- Press Buy now or Add to cart. Free items show Get it free.
- In the cart, enter a promo or referral code if you have one.
- On your first purchase, accept the purchase terms once. For physical items, add a delivery address.
- In India you pay in rupees with UPI, cards or net banking. Elsewhere you pay in US dollars by card.
Your orders
Each order shows its status, the price breakdown, any tracking number, and a Message button for the seller. When it arrives, press Confirm received. You can then leave a review.
Downloads
Digital items open with Read in app (PDFs and images) or Download file. Your access stays with your account.
Refunds
Open the order and press Request a refund with a reason. You can ask:
- within 14 days for digital items and courses
- within 30 days for physical items and services
- within 7 days for the question bank
Something went wrong?
Press Report a problem on the order. The seller responds first, then Nerusalem Support decides. If the seller cancels, you get a full refund.
For rupee orders, your GST tax invoice and any credit note are under Tax documents on the order.
